Bangkok and Phuket based Event Organizer Jabu Events was honored in 2019. Honored, to be appointed as the exclusive event company for the Modicare Annual Sales Conference. Jabu Events is the best Phuket based Event organizer delivering high-end luxury events to clients from all over the globe. The event was held in May 2019 in Phuket and its surrounding islands. The event spanned over four days and three nights.
A military theme event
The client asked us to plan the event along the lines of a Military theme. Day 1 included a welcome lunch on the beachside lawn of the Le Meridien hotel in Patong / Karon. This conference was titled Josh 2019. In effect, at night delegates continued the party at a famous Phuket beach club. Mr Samir Modi the company CEO unveiled the event theme as “Josh 2019”. Soon after kicked off an epic party that went non stop!
Day 2 included a lunch party and a team-building activity. These happening took place on a private island followed by the party rocking on a private yacht. The party went non stop, it was amazing! Day 3 was the business day at the ballroom of the Le Meridien hotel. The event conference was during the day. Then Followed by an awards night and gala dinner. Eventually ending in the wee hours of Day 4.
The party just never stopped
We have to say that we have never seen a more enthusiastic group. The people of Modicare where the life of the party! The party just never stopped! With this in mind, our Client wanted to ensure from this project’s inception that their guys had the time of their life! In effect, “boy did they” as you can see from this video. The event was indeed challenging as we had to organize 6 different events at 5 venues over 3 days. This also included the renting of a luxury private island! We transported everything required from the mainland of Phuket to the island.
High brand visibility
As we have noted, the client’s brief was also to have high brand visibility so branding was our focus as we branded just about everything. In reality, This included the beach at the hotel, the yacht, the private island, the beach club, even the food including deserts and appetizers, the fire logo, individual dog tags for each participant, standees, photo-op walls at the conference & gala dinner and much more. Jabu Events served as a one stop shop and organized just about everything for this event including entertainment, production & design, catering, branding, equipment, private yacht, private island, fireworks & fire logo, photo & video services, props, costumes, bartenders, actors, team building activities and more. We have thoroughly enjoyed working with Modicare and organizing Josh 2019 and thank Modicare of this opportunity. We hope you will enjoy this video as much as we enjoyed being part of this event.
