We Bangkok & Phuket based event company Jabu Events, were appointed as event organizer for the Modicare Annual Sales Conference. The conference was held in Phuket, at Le Meridian hotel over 3 nights and 4 days. The theme of the event provided by the client was Josh. Josh means enthusiasm, passion or zeal. Similarly, the backdrop given to the theme was a military one where we can find an abundance of josh. All bartenders, DJ, entertainers, photo video team and Jabu Events support staff was dressed in army gear for every event. Furthermore, we did this to further enhance the theme.

A part of the brief given was to ensure delegates have the time of their life. The other part was to make the brand look larger than life. The goal of the event was not only to reward achievers but also to motivate them. This was achieved by giving delegates a glimpse into the lives of the rich & famous thus making them aspire for success. Jabu Event Company Phuket, among the most innovative event company in Phuket planned experience of a lifetime. Additionally, Jabu Event Company Phuket also offered some very unique branding solutions which helped with brand promotion.

DAY 1

The event kicked off with the registration of delegates at the Le Meridian Hotel in Phuket. Each and every delegate was provided with a custom inscribed dog-tag with their name and company logo. In addition, Jabu Events also created a 3-D photo wall with the design of a tank breaking through a wall. Furthermore, delegates got their pictures taken whilst sitting in the tank and wearing military attire.

WELCOME LUNCH

After registration, we organized a welcome lunch at the beach-side lawns of the hotel. The ambiance created for this event was that of a Military Carnival. The decor and activities went hand in hand with the theme chosen. The DJ booth was set-up as an army bunker. And we covered the bar with camouflage nets to protect it from any air attacks. The branding done here used flags similar to those in the army. All interactive activities arranged also lent themselves to the theme. These activities were physical, for instance, Sumo Wrestling, Take Down Spinner and Bouncing Bungee. We supplemented these activities with some entertainment as well.

WELCOME PARTY

We planned the evening party at a very well-know beach club in Phuket. Here Jabu Events planned the launch of Joshe, the theme of the event. We revealed the Josh logo as a burning fire logo followed by a spectacular display of fireworks. Jabu Events also organized a surprise entrance for the CEO of the company. The CEO, Mr. Samir Modi made a surprise entrance riding an ATV. Four ATV riding commandos flanked him on either side. They entered to the sound and special effects of gunshots and bombs. We did this to create the impression of a war zone. After all, he was the general of the company.

The party included top-quality and customized international entertainment, dancers, musicians, models, and DJ. Jabu Events also provided catering and bar-tending services for this event. The idea was to give delegates an experience of a high-end beach club in Ibiza or St Tropes. We delivered an experience of a lifetime.

DAY 2

Initially, we transferred the delegates to a luxury marina. Here they saw some of the most expensive yachts in Asia. We then used a smaller boat to transfer delegates to a nearby private island.  On arrival they found the island beach branded with a Modicare logo a-la-Hollywood style. Delegates partied on their private beach and then enjoyed a lavish lunch catered by Jabu Events. Here Jabu Events even branded the appetizers and desserts.  After lunch we organized a drum circle team building program. We transported over 200 drums for this session to the private island. Delegates had an amazing time here and even performed a surprise flash mob for their CEO.

In addition to the private island, Jabu Events also organized a large private yacht, also branded with Modicare. Subsequently, delegates experienced their first yacht party. Jabu Events sister brand Jabudays Yacht Charters has been organizing yacht parties in Phuket for over a decade. Both, the island party and the yacht party included international entertainment, for example, DJ, Musicians, Dancers and more.

Both these events were particularly challenging to organize, as everything required had to be brought via boat from Phuket. This was because everything required had to be brought via boat from Phuket. Nothing could be forgotten.

DAY 3

After 2 days of partying, this was a slightly more serious business day. During the day Jabu Events organized the business conference. Delegates entered the conference by passing under an entrance gateway. We created the gateway using two custom produced 3-D missiles with Modicare branding. Both missiles were pointing at one another like a guard of honor. In addition, the stage design created for the conference included two 3-D tanks breaking through walls. Both tanks had cut-outs of the CEO driving these tanks.

The gala dinner and awards show followed the conference. A revolving 3-D missile with Modicare branding formed the center of the bar.  Here too Jabu Events organized international acts to keep delegates entertained in between the awards. An after-party followed the awards where Jabu Events organized a DJ and an international band. The DJ and band rocked the party which just did not stop.
